When you book your wedding with the Last Homestead, we will make every effort to make things as convenient as possible; we offer different wedding packages to provide you with the choice of using the space along with the basics or additional options where we can worry about the details and you can just show up to celebrate. We believe there is something for everyone to create a perfect country wedding in a beautifully unique destination. Details
The Property
The barn is two levels. The first floor features 2400 square feet of space with a rustic cement floor with a long center aisle, custom, rustic screen double doors at both ends, as well as two other custom screen door exits. This floor also features a bar and easy access to the outdoor patio.
The second floor features 2200 square feet of space with a rustic wooden floor, wide wooden staircase and two stories of open, beamed ceilings. There is a moveable stage as well as a bar and a small dressing room area for last minute touch ups. This floor also features five windows with barn fans, a large cupola in the ceiling and more ceiling fans that help to keep the space cool on hot summer days.
Please keep in mind this is a historical space that does not have air conditioning or heat.
Food & Drink
At the Last Homestead, alcohol is allowed, but we do not provide alcohol or beverages. The client is responsible for providing alcohol and the client acknowledges any and all responsibility for the proper and lawful consumption of alcoholic beverages at The Last Homestead during the duration of the event. We are available for hire as bartender for $25 per hour.
You have the option of your own caterer for your function. Although, there is no kitchen in the barn, there is ample electricity for caterers to use and tents may also be set up on the property for additional catering worker space.
